Dutch E-commerce Specialist - Remote

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will support customers throughout every stage of their online shopping experience. You'll work closely with internal teams, logistics partners, and financial institutions to resolve issues efficiently while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in Dutch via multiple communication channels.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and payment issues.
• Investigate shipping and logistics cases.
• Work closely with carriers, financial institutions, and internal departments.
• Process customer requests accurately while respecting GDPR and PCI regulations.
• Maintain high-quality service standards and achieve team KPIs.
• Ensure every customer interaction results in a positive experience.

Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Good computer skills.

Team player with a positive attitude.

High School Diploma.

EU Passport/ID or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.
