We’re looking for a global Software Asset Management Analyst in OLX Global Business IT Team (BIT) to help us take the Business IT team to the next level on a global scale and improve BIT efficiency. 

You will work closely with Sourcing, Procurement, Security, Infrastructure, Operations and Finance to help maintain the day-to-day records and databases responsible for containing information pertaining to the organization’s software.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for Software Asset Management license maintenance activities, including but not limited to:
• Participate and lead in implementation of Asset Management Service for Global BIT team. Responsible for SaaS management tools.
• Maintain a complete and accurate view of the entire global application portfolio managed by Global BIT Team with deep insight into OLX strategy.
• Work closely with Infrastructure, Operations, Sourcing and Finance to define strategy around global application management.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, working closely with Sourcing and Finance to address efficiency, renewal and commercial issues.
• Lead analysis of wider OLX software portfolio, identifying instances of overlapping functionalities and opportunities for streamlining and standardization.
• Maintain knowledge of key vendor licensing models to understand the client’s specific commercial relationships to support BIT.
• Work closely with the BIT Team in gathering KPI Measures around OLX Global Application and providing value information for forecasting and budgeting process.
• Providing advice, guidance, and expertise with regards to divestments and acquisitions.
• Working closely with Sourcing to execute RFPs and competitive commercial exercises.
• Maintain contract documentation on OLX ERP system.
• Supporting ongoing initiative to centralize applications under global contract and integrate single-sign on functionality.
• Supporting ongoing initiative around identity and access management for application portfolio. 

Who we're looking for:

• Experience in configuration management, asset life-cycle management, process improvement and compliance
• Working knowledge of the fundamental concepts and procedures used in a asset management environment
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken
• Working knowledge of software licensing 
• Strong problem-solving with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong data analysis and manipulation skills including strong MS Excel
