Republic Deal Room Operations Associate

What you'll do:

• Manage issuer onboarding and deal operations for the Deal Room including: completing relevant documentation, updating documents in relevant tracking systems, campaign page and marketing creation, campaign monitoring and post-investment activities. Support record keeping and compliance processes for all SPV’s.
• Perform day to day customer support functions including: ensuring every interaction with our investors is an exceptional  experience, with investor retention and customer service as the main focuses; providing high touch support on escalated issues and guiding and overseeing an outsourced support team.
• Support the Managing Director in building new strategies and growth initiatives and driving successful campaign results to improve the experience of listing on our platform.
• Community: Support the Managing Director in organizing and producing community development strategy for our portfolio founders, expanding our accredited investor base and reaching the broader startup community.

• Experienced - You have a track record of strong operational and strategic initiative support and 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Passion for tech – You have a demonstrated interest in the world of startups and community growth
• Strong communicator – You can communicate well both internally (with your Deal Room colleagues and other team leads) and externally (with clients and partners) in both oral and written communications
• Get it done attitude – You are scrappy, resourceful, and relentless, doing what needs to be done to drive success for your team and for the business.
• Prior experience in investment banking, financial advisory, business development, venture capital, high-growth startup, or in the tech ecosystem is highly preferred.
