Your Impact
Axon’s rapid growth and resulting desire to build for scale has led to the need for an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Admin Team Lead. In this role, you will manage a small team of Salesforce CPQ & Billing Admin, providing support for the Salesforce Revenue Cloud platform. You'll work with Accounting and Finance business stakeholders, bringing to life new capabilities that enable Axon to hit its growth objectives. You will guide the Admin team in delivering robust solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem, developing processes that allow the team to move quickly and nimbly while maintaining appropriate quality and production control. You live and breathe operational excellence and are obsessed about mitigating any issues that negatively impact our customers.
What You'll Do:
Location: Remotely from United States
Reports to: Salesforce Revenue Cloud Leader
Direct Reports: 2-3 FTEs, some consultants
- Responsible for the coaching & development of the Axon Salesforce Revenue Cloud Admin team members. This is extremely important for this role, as our company continues to grow, our Admin team needs to mature & grow also.
- Review and debug existing configuration and resolve support requests for existing environments. This will be a hands-on Admin role as well as a leadership role for a small team of Admins in the Revenue Cloud / Salesforce CPQ & Billing space.
- Hold the admin team accountable for quality of declarative work, achieving committed work within a sprint or by project deadlines
- Work with the team to design solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and introduce new technologies
- Work with the Salesforce Development Manager to plan releases and release schedules
- Interact with Business stakeholders & Business Analysts to refine requirements; work efficiently in a cross-functional team across multiple projects & clouds.
- Understand how the SDLC needs to work to support using standard configuration, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, API's and managed package applications.
- Analyze, evaluate and propose technologies to efficiently address product requirements in the software design
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on Revenue Cloud Admin experience, preferably in highly-customized environments
- 3+ years of technical leadership experience
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Billing & CPQ
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (Current)
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification highly desirable
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Lightning, Communities
- Experience with Agile development strategies

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 105,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 188,000 in the highest geographic market. The on target earnings range for this role is between USD 133,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 238,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
