Revenue Excellence Operations Manager (Remote)

This is what you will do at UiPath:

• Assess and establish new strategic opportunities to accelerate revenue and improve operational scaling
• Help drive annual planning to optimize the global business
• Act as Revenue Ops Project Manager for strategic programs and support the global and regional leadership in managing day-to-day priorities
• Identify opportunities to increase Revenue & Revenue Ops productivity and improve operational efficiency across UiPath’s commercial lines of business
• Track and manage projects to execution, ensuring accuracy in reporting, metric analysis and workflows to monitor overall project health
• Lead analyses and provide insights leading to action
• Ensure consistency in global and regional implementation of Revenue Ops strategic programs
• Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Tech Stack, Product etc.) to drive strategic initiatives
• Communicate projects’ updates to all relevant stakeholders in an effective and timely manner

This is what you will bring to our team:

• 2+ years of project management
• Strong experience with MS Excel and Tableau
• Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while delivering results
• Experience working with Salesforce preferred
• Excellent leadership, energy, judgment, communication, interpersonal, management and analytical skills
• Management consulting, private equity, banking, or tech strategy experience
• Passion about growing and building a business to its full potential
• A successful track record of achievement and operational excellence with inclusive cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience within a SaaS company, startup environment or similar rapidly-growing enterprise preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
