Revenue Operations Engineer
We are looking for a talented Revenue Operations (RevOps) Engineer to join our growing team. The Revenue Operations Engineer will be a critical leader in our go-to-market organization. You will help design the strategy, build and maintain our infrastructure, level-up our analytics, and optimize our go-to-market organization with a focus on implementing and aligning systems, processes and communication across our Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams.
This role will report directly to our VP of Marketing and will be responsible for marketing and sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Tools – responsible for all technology used across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Oversee data hygiene in Salesforce - Duplicates, missing/incorrect data, utilization of tools that append data to leads, contacts, and accounts
- Building, configuring, and operating our MarTech stack across multiple tools, including Webflow, Zapier, Coda, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Segment, Salesforce, and more.
- Oversee integrations of current and future tools - ie Outreach and Salesforce, ZoomInfo and SalesForce, etc.
- Operations management - work across micro and macro funnels across the company to connect Sales, Marketing and Customer success to achieve revenue goals
- Manage technical implementation of lead flow from marketing to sales
- Work with sales to implement improvements on lead dispositions, account segmentation, opportunity fields, etc.
- Insights – provide day-to-day insights as well long term strategic analysis
- Drive data quality, process, and automation activities that improve workflow efficiencies
- Build and deliver reporting to specifications needed by sales, exec team, marketing, etc.
- Help drive analytics and reporting, from Leads to Revenue, so that we know our ROI by campaign, offer, and source.
- Manage / build system that helps round-robin inbound leads equitably
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree — or equivalent work experience
- Technical background and/or experience as a support engineer in a prior role
- 4+ years of professional work experience
- Demonstrated background in building scalable operations from scratch in startup environments
