Your Role
Report directly to the Revenue Operations Manager and be part of the growing RevOps Team. This entry level role will play a key role in the analysis of opportunities and measurement of sales success against our go-to-market strategy. In addition, this role also requires daily maintenance and improvement of systems and CRM (HubSpot) critical to the growth and success of the users who require support. The successful candidate will have an analytical and enablement mindset and be able to maintain and prioritize our projects and tasks. They will work closely with the RevOps Manager to coordinate activities between marketing, Account Management and Sales.
Here's what you'll get to do:
- Support sales forecasting and planning processes.
- Build reports and dashboards in the relevant tools (HubSpot, Excel, Gong…) and maintains them according to the needs of the management, making sure the data hygiene is spot on.
- Support the RevOps Manager to the adoption of the tools and processes by the sales community through actionable outputs and regular updates.
- Help increase the value of the data (quality of the data in the systems).
- Focus on process and continuous improvement of core projects through automation and process enhancement.
- Complete projects that require data mining, analysis, and presentation.
- Be involved in transverse initiatives.
- Be capable in the analytics tools required to support Sales Operations and Marketing to deliver data that’s critical to AirDNA success.
Here's what you'll need to be successful:
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Insights, Revenue Operations
- 1-2 years of experience with a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional attention to details
- Proven experience working with sales technology and analytical tools such as Excel/Sheets. SQL and Tableau are a plus
- Experience working with data
- Problem solving and collaboration skills
- Experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks
- Ability to work independently and get informationIs curious
- Ability to propose changes and solutions
- Ability to synthesize large amount of information and draw useful conclusions
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Travel Industry or SaaS experience (preferred)
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint (preferred)
