Revenue Systems and Strategy Lead
LaunchDarkly is looking for a Revenue Systems and Strategy Lead to join our team. This position reports into the Revenue Systems and Strategy group within Revenue Operations and Enablement.
Revenue Operations & Enablement is a strategy partner to the Revenue Organization responsible for GTM insights, strategy, technology, and enablement. The Revenue Systems group is charged with driving the strategy of our systems and tools, working with cross-functional teams on process improvements, development, adoption and ROI. This individual will be the team lead focused on business processes and systems effectiveness, will be a strategic partner and key player in helping Revenue team members be productive quickly and efficiently through tools enablement and support.
The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment, is a proactive self-starter, responsive, organized, highly analytical and has a good understanding of business processes and data management. The person will need to be able to interact with users from all levels of the company and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Responsibilities:

Team Lead and act as the business process specialist for Revenue Systems and Strategy.

Provide advice and solutions on business requests/inquiries/issues.

Work with internal teams to operationalize and implement processes across the business.

Work with BizOps to implement system and tools requests.

Provide user level support around how LD uses Salesforce.com and the tool stack in the Revenue Organization.

Own the process around data governance and data integrity in Saleforce.com.

Perform day-to-day maintenance functions as needed in Salesforce.com such as data normalization, record updates, etc.

Own the onboarding of all Revenue tools.

Create/update training materials and documents as needed.

Stay current with features and releases on tools used by the Revenue Organization.

Assist and collaborate with cross functional teams (i.e. BizOps, Finance, Marketing) to improve the overall operations process.

Work on other ad-hoc projects as required.
Basic Qualifications:
-
5+ years experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a high-tech company.

BS/BA in Business, Finance, Sales & Marketing, or related discipline.

Working knowledge of Salesforce.com.

Good understanding of data structure, data governance, enrichment, account hierarchies etc.

Experience supporting and working with roles in Pre and Post Sales functions.

High aptitude to problem solve and find resolutions.

A high degree of flexibility, be extremely organized and detail oriented.

Ability to multitask, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.

Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Salesforce.com Administration certified.

Experience with tools such as Outreach, Chili Piper, Atrium, Lucidchart, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CPQ, etc.

Experience in business process or technical project management.

Good understanding of business process flow and the upstream/downstream impact.
