As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll be the engine behind that: owning our tech stack, building the integrations and workflows that let sales, marketing, and customer success do their best work, and making sure the data they rely on is clean, connected, and accurate.
🧐 The Role
As our Revenue Operations Specialist, you own and optimise the commercial tech stack that our revenue organisation runs on. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, customer success management, and operations — building processes and automations that scale, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business. Your work is visible every single day in how our commercial teams operate, measure their impact, and continuously improve.
🎯 What you’ll do
- Manage and configure our commercial tech stack, including HubSpot, Customer.io, PandaDoc, and more.
- Develop automations, integrations, and dashboards that support commercial initiatives and drive efficiency
- Lead the implementation of new tools and train commercial teams on new ways of working
- Collaborate with revenue stakeholders and leaders to identify and drive process improvements
- Act as the bridge between marketing, sales, customer success management, and operations to keep business objectives tightly aligned
- Safeguard data quality by reviewing workflows, updating automations, and refining logic where needed
- Troubleshoot technical issues across systems to ensure smooth execution and accurate data

Professionally
- You hold a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a field with a strong analytical or commercial focus (e.g. business, economics, engineering, or similar)
- 1+ years of experience in system operations, marketing and/or sales automation, or CRM admin
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and automation platform
- Familiarity with AI tools is a strong plus
- Bonus: experience in or knowledge of the e-commerce or logistics industry
