To support our organization, we are looking for a Rewards and HR Data Specialist to support modelling and analysing reward, HR and market data to support people related decision making for all entities and locations in scope.
Specifically, you will focus on the following topics:
Cyclical Reward analysis
- Analyse market data and build pay ranges and salary matrices for all in-scope entities of COFRA Group and all locations
- Participate in the design and optimisation of the year-end pay review process and the setup of the HR system
- Prepare pre and post pay review analysis for senior management (including the Chief People Officer and Chief Executive) to inform pay decisions and sign-off, including providing headline commentary
- Lead the data submission process for annual market compensation surveys (e.g., Willis Towers Watson); this includes gathering and validating data inputs for submission; managing queries from the survey providers; and analysing the survey results including building reports to support the pay review programme
- For budgeting purpose executes the cost and impact modelling of the annual pay cycle, both in terms of salary and variable pay across COFRA Holding and for the Executive (top management) population
Non-cyclical Reward activities
- Provide the relevant input for compensation (including benefits) packages for joiners and movers in in-scope entities
- Build and maintain analytical tools in an appropriate application (e.g. BI) to support people, including reward, decision making
- Conduct ad-hoc research and analysis on reward issues to support delivery of reward initiatives, including providing market data and interpreting the outputs
- Lead on DE&I reward analysis for in-scope entities
- Work closely with the COFRA HR Operations team to ensure data accuracy for reward analysis
HR Data Champion
- Gather requirements from stakeholders for HR/business analysis
- Develop and manage BI solutions through Microsoft applications; this includes building models and reports to support wider COFRA Group HR analytics (e.g., tenure/turnover analysis and workforce planning)
- Translate business requirements and processes into technical specifications that can be used to drive the data warehouse design and configuration
- Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of BI dashboards to meet the requirements/requests from senior management (including outside the HR community)
- Provide technical assistance and cross training to HR colleagues
What you will need
- University degree or other equivalent education; HR/business/ finance/economics preferred but not essential
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in reward (compensation & benefits) with a focus on analysis and reporting preferred
- Experience of an international environment an advantage
- High level of numeracy, and good level of statistical knowledge
- Strong capability of manipulating, analysing, and reporting complex volumes of data
- Keen attention to detail with a focus on data quality
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint in Office 365 environment
- Advanced user of Power BI
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Fluent in English (German and Dutch highly preferred)
