Role Description:
Working closely with the Global Enablement Manager and the various internal stakeholders at Whispir, this role is for a SaaS implementation consultant and technology practitioner who will be responsible for leading the delivery of Whispir SaaS solutions (within agreed scope, time & budget) to clients globally. The scope of the role includes but is not limited to, project planning and management, business scoping, solution design, configuration, report writing, user training and post-implementation support. We are looking for someone that shares our passion for seamless customer-service and possesses the right skills and experience in consulting services delivery and project management.
Ability to manage and deliver projects with successful outcomes, high quality, and within timelines;
providing clear communication to internal and external stakeholders; adhere to the Whispir Enablement
Team processes; positive feedback from customer and internal sources
General Skills / Attributes Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience implementing technical SaaS product solution as a consultant.
- Demonstrable track record of technical project delivery and client-facing delivery.
- Experience working within an agile framework to deliver implementations to customers.
- Proven experience working in a fast paced, challenging corporate environment for reputable clients.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and flexibility with clients, pleasant natured.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate both written and verbally with project team(s), Whispir’s management and Clients.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), especially with regards to consulting with, and providing information to Clients
- Ability to take responsibility to quickly learn our web-based software application – being structured & diligent in self-learning & leveraging resources to become a super-user as soon as possible.
- Must be result oriented and have the drive to ensure successful completion of the projects on time, within budget and within the defined scope while leading through influence and with solid soft skills.
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team.
- Follows through with commitments and foster mutual trust with fellow employees.
- Assumes additional responsibility without being asked.
- Strong skills in workshop / training facilitation, planning and scheduling.
Desirable Skills/Attributes:
- Experience and/or understanding of one or more of the following technical areas is advantageous: HTML, JavaScript, REST API, Workflow Automation
- Project management experience and/or formal certifications (PMP, Agile, Prince2 etc) is advantageous.
- Strong and applied skills in productivity, project management and software development tools are advantageous. E.g., Google Docs, MS Office, Slack, Churn Zero, MS Project, Postman and JIRA
