Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to support our growing team. This role will play a key part in providing an accurate and efficient administrative service to the Sales department whilst also support customer enquiries and executing sales/marketing campaigns.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop within a fast-paced, high-technology environment supporting defence and aerospace programmes.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Administrator will report directly to the Sales Manager. Typical responsibilities will include the following:

  • Manage incoming enquiries and RFQs, ensuring timely tracking and allocation
  • Support preparation and submission of quotations and customer documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to progress opportunities and meet deadlines
  • Assist with order processing, acknowledgements, and general sales administration
  • Support marketing activities, including campaign execution, lead tracking, and content coordination
  • Maintain consistent processes, templates, and documentation standards
  • Provide administration support to the wider business as required

Training & Experience Requirements

Essential

  • Previous experience in a sales administration or business support.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce desirable).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Experience in marketing coordination.
