Sales Coordinator
TLDR
Supports three brands by generating client results reports, managing pay-per-lead promotions, and coordinating marketing assets to drive campaign performance.
Technology Networks (a LabX Media Group Company) is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support a small but vibrant sales team.
The successful candidate will support staff across three brands – Technology Networks, The Scientist and Drug Discovery News, will be highly organised and will also be expected to have excellent communication skills as well as possessing good computer skills {MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint}.

EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year of experience in sales support preferably in publishing, digital media, or a related industry
- Experience with digital and print advertising operations, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on ad placements and campaign performance is an asset
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary focus will be to provide result reports to clients, along with being the main point of contact for pay-per-lead promotions for Technology Networks, The Scientist & Drug Discovery News
- Results for eNewsletter and Featured Article promotions for Technology Networks
- Banner, product and video content uploading to the Technology Networks website, and the pulling of results for these promotions
- Cover for all results and media plans across Technology Networks
- Chase list for eNewsletters
- Working closely with the Sales and eMarketing teams
- Maintaining client communication
- Data cleansing
This position is available within the UK Head Office. This position is open to all candidates who are eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
