Sales Enablement Manager

Toast is driven by building the restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt, take control, and get back to what they do best: building the businesses they love. As the Sales Enablement Specialist, Customer Growth, you’ll work closely with our Customer Growth Sales Team which is responsible for helping our customers make the most of their partnership with Toast. You’ll be this team’s dedicated enablement resource and onboard their new team members while continuing to provide them with ongoing training.

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Create and facilitate training content to onboard new members to the Customer Growth Sales Team
  • Develop classroom style training (both live and on-demand) and certifications leveraging our Learning Management System, Workramp
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and deliver training content that spans multiple lines of business
  • Provide Account Executives (both ramping and tenured) with the relevant feedback/coaching that will help to improve their individual performance
  • Support senior sales leadership in driving key metrics to achieve overall sales goals and OKRs
  • Execute training events and occasional onsite meetings
  • Reinforce tools that will enhance Account Executive performance
  • Maintain training and enablement materials

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • 2+ years experience in sales, sales management, or sales enablement
  • Proven track record of coaching/mentorship
  • Clear & effective communication skills; ability to present & command an audience
  • Content creation experience (preferably of training materials)
  • Ability to be flexible and pivot quickly when needed 
  • Systems/Tools Proficiency:
    • Google Sheets (or similar)
    • CRM Systems (e.g. Salesforce)
    • Conversational Intelligence tools
    • Google sites
    • Email engagement platforms
  • Limited travel (roughly 3x/year)

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
Pay Range
$81,000$130,000 USD
