Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships,

The Ideal Candidate
Has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Has proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful sales teams. Preferably with experience in B2B sales in the BFSI or Technology sector.
Familiar with using data analytics to drive sales strategies.
Knowledgeable in regional market dynamics.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Has strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and data analysis.
Brings solid knowledge of market research and sales forecasting tools.
Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Has strong leadership and team management abilities.
