What You’ll Do:
Birdeye is looking for a Sales Manager to help build, launch, and lead a team of Account Executives as we expand our Sales team in the Philippines. We are looking for a high-octane, seasoned leader with a competitive drive to build, manage and operate a best in class go to market sales team. As a Sales Manager for Small Business, you will lead a team of Account Executives and drive the organization's outbound sales efforts. You will play an integral role in the company’s high growth and the success of the sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Ongoing hiring, mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new members, coaching reps on strategy and technique for cold calling clients and following up on sales leads, and having consistent 1/1’s with team members
- Work closely with other Sales Managers on outbound efforts and pipeline management
- Lead the team through setting targets and monitoring performance
- Provide weekly reporting on volume statistics, lead pipeline, conversion to qualified prospects, sales opportunities generated and campaign effectiveness to our Executive Leadership team
- Generate the process for Account Executives to prospective customers through cold calling, custom and personalized outreach, creative outbounding and lead qualification
- Qualify leads generated from Marketing programs and promotions
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years B2B customer-focused solutions-based sales experience
Minimum of 2 years exposure in selling uCaas, cCaas, or other SaaS services
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing teams of at least 12 or more members and proven track record of leading a successful quota-carrying team
Exposure to managing and reporting on sales pipeline and revenue forecasting
- Ability to navigate SFDC reporting, dashboards, and sales acceleration tools (SalesLoft, Navigator, Alyce, Chorus, etc)
- Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a positive “can-do" attitude over the phone and in-person
- Creative problem-solver
- Excellent communication skills with high-level decision makers
- Experienced in hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment
Agreeable to work on-site in an office after the quarantine or when the conditions allow
Agreeable to work nights to lead a team which supports US based customers
