About the job
As a part of the MiNODES Sales Team your daily task will be mainly to identify and connect with new prosperous customers in Germany to create added value, drive their sales, improve their strategies by setting up projects with our cutting edge technology and thus supplying them with crucial and interesting insights of their customers. Since our SaaS Solution can be used in almost all branches, your playing field is broad and wide with plenty of space and opportunities. You will have the freedom to choose and get creative about the various channels to connect with prospects.

Who we are looking for
- You are a native German speaker with solid business German
- You hold a University degree and have at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in sales
- You are a sales talent with an entrepreneurial spirit, the right sales mentality and endless drive
- Your negotiation and interpersonal skills are outstanding
- You are strong and a source of creativity when it comes to acquiring new customers via various channels of communication
- Knowledge of current sales - tools (Salesforce, etc.) and a solid understanding for analytics
- You have solid knowledge of the German retail market, understand its structures and hierarchies as well as its strategies, market influences and market movements
- You connect team spirit, commitment, flexibility and above all self-initiative with a high quality awareness - for you " Retail is detail "
- Willingness to travel
