At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We’re now looking for a Channel Manager, who will operationalize and scale our partner ecosystem from the ground up. You will be the first hire in the channel team, reporting directly to the Global Partnerships Director. The partner strategy is defined. The first partners are signed. Now we need someone who turns blueprints into a running machine, connecting partner sales teams to opportunities, generating pipeline, and making sure every partner deal moves forward.

Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:
Own Spain, Italy and Portugal sales opportunities from identification to closing
Drive customer through the journey to adopt robots from first meeting to warehouse and reference visits to contract negotiations
Represent our company, products, services and culture with customers
Develop collaboration with potential partners to identify opportunities
Map and understand key prospect targets, to develop tactics and strategies
Support or drive upsell efforts depending on customers
Support Nomagic presence in industry trade fairs and marketing events
Proactively suggest improvements in our funnel activities to increase the conversion rate
What skills we’d like you to have:
Extensive experience in intralogistics & automation sales, including ability to drive customer workshops on solution design
Strong network of contacts in the warehousing industry is a strong plus
Summit climber. You have high ambitions and relentlessly work towards success
Native English with outstanding communication skills
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Ability to work in a fast changing startup environment
Experience with Salesforce a plu
