Sales Manager

TLDR

Lead end-to-end sales efforts to meet monthly quotas, coordinating with sales, production, and administration to drive customer satisfaction and long-term growth.

Detailed Description


Responsible for sales activities and required to meet monthly performance goals.

Activities span from lead generation to arranging meetings and following up on clients’

needs. Develop, obtain approval and implement sales plan which will meet both

individual and business quotas and targets. Work with the sales, production and

administration teams to achieve customer satisfaction, gross profit generation, and

long-term business goals in line with company vision and values.


· Build the firm’s reputation across various industries

· Make initial contact with potential target customers

· Deliver sales presentations

· Identify and pursue opportunities in a proactive, ethical and profitable manner

· Manage and overcome objections in a professional manner

· Track all opportunities and sales activities in the salesforce.com CRM system in a

timely manner

· Meet financial sales quotas and targets

· Prepare quotations

· Remain current with news of our client segment, our competitors and relevant

technology

· Maintain regular contact with the clients, solicit feedback and assist in managing

issues that arise

· Develop and maintain positive relationship with manufacturers

· Perform satisfaction checks and solicit referrals

· Providing feedback solicited to the management team for us to improve our

service quality



Key Skills

· Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory · Process-oriented, customer-driven self-starter and team player · Ability to converse and interact at all levels of a customer · Demonstrate high level of energy & passion for sales


Work experience requirements

· 8 years of work experience in sales; preferably in a business development

· A solid track record in developing new business & new logo acquisitions

· Strong business acumen

· Some experience in complex IT solutions/deals is preferred
