Sales Merchandiser Padel ( Placement : Clubhouse )

TLDR

Plan and execute merchandising strategies for padel products, maintain attractive displays, collaborate with sales and marketing, and optimize inventory and placement.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute effective merchandising strategies for padel products at the Clubhouse location.
  • Maintain product displays that are attractive, orderly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize merchandising efforts and product placement.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and the Clubhouse management team.
  • Provide product information and assistance to customers as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing or related field is an advantage.
  • Experience in retail merchandising or sales, preferably with sports or padel-related products.
  • Good understanding of merchandising principles and visual presentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Passion or interest in padel sports is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
