Sales Operations Manager

How you’ll make an impact:

• As a critical member of our Sales Operations Team, you will make sure the sales team is running as efficiently and productively as possible.
• You will be the owner of Salesforce.com and the day-to-day administration of the system and all improvements in processes that touch Salesforce.com.
• You will be the data subject matter expert, own the data strategy, and regularly support sales leaders to make data-driven recommendations for improving the sales process.
• Provide regular pipeline and opportunity inspection and assist in collecting regular forecasts to be rolled up and presented to the executive, finance, and implementation teams for resource planning.
• Organize and drive all sales reporting (Board, ELT)
• Partner with the marketing operations team to support the lead qualification process, report on campaign efforts, and assist in their list creation for outbound campaigns.
• Recognizing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the sales organization, as well as the hand-off processes between SDR to Account Executive to Implementation.
• Provide onboarding, training, and support to new sales team members.
• Provide reporting and dashboard support to internal departmental customers.

Requirements

• A passion for the health and human services space
• 5+ years’ progressive experience in a Sales Operations role
• Proficiency in Salesforce, you should have experience with designing and developing custom objects, layouts, reports in salesforce.com
• Proficiency in Excel, you should be comfortable manipulating large datasets with pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s
• Bachelor’s Degree required
