• Build and manage U.S. sales pipeline
• Lead demos, proposals, and commercial negotiation
• Manage relationships with UKG, Corporate Visions, DCVC, Lead Edge
• Convert inbound from HubSpot Marketplace
• Represent Hive at U.S. industry events
• Drive U.S. ARR growth
