We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Representative to join our team! As our Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by increasing sales. Your main goal will be to find leads and prospects and turn them into paid users.

Sales Representative duties and responsibilities

  • Find prospects and leads on public online platforms and business directories

  • Learn details about our products and services

  • Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants

  • Explain how our solutions align with their pain points

  • Identify buyer persona profiles

  • Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting

  • Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly sales targets

Sales Representative requirements and qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Sales Representative in the IT industry or in a similar role

  • Proven record of successful deals closed

  • Should be able to market IT-related products and services

  • Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing

  • Great command of MS Office and CRM tools

  • Minimum education: OND, HND

  • Uncapped sales commissions of 10% of total sales

  • Clearly defined path: Sales Representative > Sales Manager

  • Comfortable working conditions with weekly sales targets (negotiable with your Manager)

  • 45hr/ week work schedule
