What you’ll do
Brex is looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst Intern to join Brex’s Sales Operations & Strategy team to elevate our business processes. As a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst Intern, you will help develop functional workstreams that amplify the success of our salespeople. You will help support analyze customer data, sales metrics, and systems optimization. You will work with Sales Leadership and contribute to some of our highest-profile projects to accelerate Sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day Salesforce.com system administration tasks including, but not limited to: troubleshooting with users, record and data maintenance, and ad hoc reporting.
- Build and maintain critical sales reports -- create dashboards for sales reps and managers to provide better visibility into the health of our business.
- Use programming languages such as SQL, Python and JavaScript to investigate the impact of Sales subteams and initiatives in order to assist with resource planning and strategy; use data to make recommendations.
- Present to Sales leadership about your projects and insights; use exposure to senior managers to drive change in the organization.
Requirements
- In pursuit of college degree
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong familiarity with Excel, Looker (or similar BI tools), GSuite, and modeling.
- Exceptional work ethic and creative problem solver - willingness to build new deliverables from scratch.
- Knowledge of CS-related programming languages is a plus; high technical aptitude.
- Background in Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science or related.
