Sales Support Associate
TLDR
Executes high-volume data entry and prospecting, maintains CRM accuracy, and helps drive sponsorship-related lead generation and client outreach.
Job Description
- Responsible for the accurate and timely entering of high volumes of data into our database
- Responsible for building data lists for our sponsorship team's marketing efforts
- Refreshing past delegate lists and entering historic data into the database for the account's past events and programs.
- Verify, build and refresh business contact details such as names, job titles and addresses over the phone or using online search engines.
- Meet and exceed lead generation daily and monthly targets.
- Validates leads and date on CRM (Customer relationship management) system and makes sure that information is currently updated and regularly monitored.
- Ensures that the data entered in reports /leads tracker is 100% accurate
- Qualifies leads through outbound business to business calls
- Plans and organizes strategies by maximizing the return on time investment for the market
- Communicates well with customers and listens intently to help them convey their needs
- Keeps well-informed data about the products and services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through research.
- Understand and effectively represent the Client's brand and culture.
Business Development
- Responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads
- Identify and develop links with new clients within the target markets: Workplace strategy, Project Management, Property evaluation and technology solutions
- Develops and establishes working relationships with customers and potential customers in the market assigned
- Educates prospective clients about the products and services of the company
- Sets and appointment to prospective clients and attends meetings / seminars as required.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be at least a high school grad.
- At least 1-2 years’ sales experience in the BPO industry is a preference
- Results driven and goal-oriented; background in customer service and sales (inbound/outbound: B2B sales) is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, power point and Excel Spreadsheets) and is tech savvy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with good comprehension and active listening skills
- Has excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to be flexible to changing demands and challenges and exercise initiative
- Highly self-motivated and energetic
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable and work in fast-paced environment
- Able to multi-task and effective problem solving skills, quick, calm and logical
- Very good interpersonal skills and assertive
- Willing to work in Alabang area. Flexible working schedule (shifting)
