THE POSITION 
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

FanDuel Group is looking to add a Salesforce Admin position to their team to help maintain and improve the integration of Salesforce within the business with specific focus on Key Accounts (“VIPs”) and Compliance.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Assist in managing Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security controls on Salesforce
  • Create and implement changes to applications, objects, fields, workflows, processes, flows, validation rules, approval processes, email alerts, advanced formulas, page layouts, record types, and Lightning pages
  • Support the integration of business systems and data into Salesforce
  • Develop and maintain effective documentation on integrations, processes, and other solutions on Confluence
  • Create and maintain reporting on Salesforce metrics and make accessible to other parts of the FanDuel Business
  • Suggest and aid in the selection and implementation of additional Salesforce tools and products to improve the VIP and Compliance processes
  • Identify opportunities for use of robotic process automation in connection with Salesforce use and support implementation

THE STATS

What we’re looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Salesforce Admin role within a large, fast moving, preferably online business
  • Experience of developing solutions for a contact center environment
  • Experience of working in an Agile delivery environment using tools and techniques such as Scrum, Kanban, Confluence and Jira
  • Experience of using source control solutions (for example Git) in a Salesforce environment
  • A minimum Salesforce Admin 201 certification. Ideally, also have or be working towards more advanced Salesforce certifications.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems
