Arctic Wolf Networks is looking for a Salesforce Developer to help us revolutionize the way that network security is delivered to businesses. Our hardworking team is passionate about delivering personal, predictable protection from cybersecurity threats, freeing customer IT resources to focus on other priority initiatives. We are a six-year-old, well-funded start-up led by a Silicon Valley founder with a proven track record.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaise with Business Systems Managers and external stakeholders to understand, document, and develop against business systems requirements under the direction of the Business Applications Team
• Build a strong understanding of integrations between Salesforce and the overall ecosystem
• Assist with user acceptance testing, release cycle, and production support as needed by teams
• Serve as the business systems point of contact for assigned custom development within Salesforce
• Develop business process expertise; prioritize changes that strike a balance between strategic objectives and tactical needs
• Lead evaluations, prepare recommendations, and implement technology solutions to achieve business objectives
• Partner with Business Systems Managers to transform business requirements into a technical solution that meets maintenance, data integrity and security standards. 
• Have experience building and delivering full development solutions, including:
• Implementing complex designs in a systematic and organized manner
• Writing well organized, testable, and high performing code
• Bug-fixing and on-going maintenance

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years experience with Salesforce development
• Proven experience with technologies integral to Salesforce.com including:

• HTML/XHTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, SOQL, SOAP, REST, JSON and GIT, Github, Java, Python, APEX, SQL, API
• Visualforce - app dev framework
• Lightning - app dev framework
• Lightning Experience - graphical user interface (GUI)
• Lightning Design System - style guides & UX best practices for app dev
• Lightning Components - tools & extensions
• Lightning Web Components - more advanced tools & extensions
• Process Builder - drag and drop interface for automating business processes
• Visual Workflow - used in Process Builder to create apps
• Lightning App Builder - drag and drop for app creation and customization

• Strong applications development background
• Working knowledge of corporate business systems (ie. CRM, Marketing Automation, PRM, CMS, and ERP tools)­­­
• Working knowledge of business operations practices (ie. Quote-to-Cash, Sales and Marketing Demand Generation, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Self starting attitude and approach
• Valid passport
• Less than 10% travel to include potential international travel (Canada)
