Salesforce Developer

How will this role have an impact?
As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for the development and customization of our Salesforce Platform to meet our business needs. You will be a key member for the ongoing buildout and enhancement of our enterprise-wide Salesforce CRM platform to scale and support Signify's growth across our various lines of business. You will also maintain, optimize, and expand data integrations between various platforms including Snowflake through various integration methods.This role will report to: Director, Enterprise Applications and Tool Operations

What will you do?

• Build integrations with Rest API, Platform Events,Streaming APIs, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On, etc.
• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions using the Salesforce platform. This includes creating custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web and Aura components, Javascript, CSS, and Apex classes with proper code coverage.
• Understand the breadth of Salesforce.com capabilities to determine how they might be leveraged across Signify
• Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising stakeholders of all levels
• Define and execute Salesforce release strategy for internal releases and for external Salesforce releases/updates.
• Evaluate all Salesforce release upgrades and related system implications and manage and coordinate release cycles.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assign user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements
• Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand code.

We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering - we will also consider an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer working in a scalable environment with 2+ years of experience with Apex and LWC/Aura Components, along with hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required (PD2 preferred)
• Expert with SOQL, SOSL, Apex Web Services, SOAP, Rest and 3rd party integrations
• Expert with automating Data Loads via Data Loader API from internal servers
• Expert with Git
• Healthcare experience is preferred
• Thorough understanding of Salesforce governor limits to build at scale.
• Experience defining and implementing an effective release strategy – including planning, communication, testing, go live, and future iteration is required.
• Experience managing an implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) – Salesforce implementation experience is preferred
