Working closely with our CRO and reporting to the Head of Revenue Strategy & Ops, you will:
- Own and lead Tractable’s SFDC instance
- Lead and be ultimately responsible in resolving user-identified functional and technical issues on the Salesforce platform
- Be able to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and deliver end-to-end projects from discovery to go live, including regular hands-on configuration and build
- Create and maintain reports in SFDC and extract insight to advice business revenue
- Manage third party integrations (Slack, Gmail, Docusign, Xactly, Dosusign, etc.)
- Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the org
- Be the subject matter expert, recommending enhancements, best practices and new processes to optimize use adoption of the platform
- Take direction and adapt to a changing environment with agility
- Team-first mentality
What do you need to succeed:
- A strategic thinker who gets the big picture and is able to work in a consultative way
- Salesforce certified admin or app builder
- Extensive years of administrative experience with Salesforce
- Good knowledge/experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, validation rules, page layouts, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests and manage laterally and upwards
- A transparent and efficient communicator with a growth mindset
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company is a plus
