TLDR

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine detailed functional and business requirements.
- Translate business needs into SAP S/4HANA functional solutions aligned with system architecture and project objectives.
- Support the full implementation lifecycle of general ledger and financial system integration projects.
- Manage change requests, ensuring proper impact analysis and alignment with delivery priorities.
- Contribute to testing activities, including test planning, preparation, execution, and defect resolution.
- Provide hypercare and post-go-live support to ensure system stability and smooth operational transition.
- Ensure consistent communication between technical teams and business units throughout project phases.
- Support documentation, functional specifications, and process alignment across stakeholders.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in SAP-focused environments.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly in financial modules and general ledger processes.
- Proven experience supporting full-cycle SAP implementation or transformation projects.
- Solid understanding of financial systems, accounting processes, and system integrations.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English (C1 level mandatory).
- Autonomous, proactive, and structured working approach in international environments.
- Experience in testing coordination and support within large-scale IT programs.
- Graduate-level education in a relevant field (Finance, IT, Business, or similar).
- Competitive daily rate of €410–€420 depending on experience.
