Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026. 
    
The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

Are you an experienced SAP leader who enjoys building teams, shaping business solutions, and driving ERP transformation? We are looking for a SAP Competence Center Lead to take ownership of our SAP landscape, guide our SAP S/4HANA journey, and act as a trusted partner to the business. In this role, you will combine operational leadership with strategic development in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. 
 
This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Deine Aufgabe

• Lead and further develop the SAP Competence Center, including the internal team, ways of working, and service delivery model
• Ensure stable and business-focused operation of the current SAP application landscape while driving continuous improvement
• Play a leading role in shaping and supporting the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA
• Partner closely with business departments to understand requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions
• Steer external partners and suppliers to ensure effective delivery, quality, and alignment with business priorities
• Contribute your SAP expertise, leadership, and structured approach to strengthen collaboration across IT and the wider organisation

Dein Profil

• Completed degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline
• Several years of relevant experience in SAP application management, SAP consulting, SAP solution delivery, or SAP Business Partner roles in a complex enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, including business process integration, support models, and change governance
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including external partners and suppliers
• Structured, independent, and precise way of working, with the ability to perform reliably under time pressure
• Strong team spirit,high level of ownership, and enjoyment in working closely with users, business departments, and project stakeholders
• Project management certification and proficiency with MS Office are an advantage
• Full professional proficiency in English is required, German is a strong asset
