SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) Consultant

We are seeking a skilled SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) Consultant to join our team in Shanghai, focusing on the Finance Workstream within the SAP FI/CO module. This role will involve managing financial data and ensuring effective financial management practices to support accounting and controlling processes in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP FI/CO solutions with a focus on financial data management and analysis.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective financial governance practices within SAP FI/CO.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data by establishing and maintaining robust governance processes.
• Manage data migration, mapping, and validation processes to support the deployment of SAP FI/CO functionalities.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for Finance and Controlling, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that enhance financial management and reporting processes.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, process inefficiencies, and system integration challenges within SAP FI/CO.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for end-users on financial data functionalities in SAP FI/CO.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project objectives, aligning with business needs and operational goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience working with SAP FI/CO, specifically in financial data management and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Controlling best practices and financial governance principles.
• Experience with data migration, data validation, and process optimization within SAP FI/CO.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across various functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required
