Seasonal Warehouse Associate

Join Us for a Seasonal Warehouse Role in Brooklyn! 

Are you ready to be a key part of our team from November to December 2023? We're offering a competitive $20 per hour for this on-site job at our Brooklyn headquarters in Sunset Park. We have a few positions available (Outbound, Inbound, and Inventory Associate); after checking your resume, we'll find the best role for you! 

What You'll Be Doing: 

• Carefully prepare and send out customer orders.
• Meet quality and efficiency goals.
• Use our warehouse tools effectively.
• Work with enthusiasm and adaptability.
• Pay close attention to details.
• Foster great relationships with your coworkers.
• Keep the workspace clean and safe.
• Pitch in with various tasks when needed. 

Requirements: 

• Prior warehouse experience is a bonus.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are a must.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Be a positive team player with a strong work ethic.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Flexible availability, with weekend work required.

Our Outbound Productivity Quotas:
     → Picking - 30 Shipments/hr
     → Packing - 35 Shipments/hr
     → Gift Boxing - 20 Shipments/hr
     → Shipping - 150 Shipments/hr
Our Outbound Quality Rate:
     → Shipments not damaged goal for packing – 99.5%
     → Shipments not mispacked goal for picking– 99.8%
     → Shipments not mis-shipped goal for shipping – 99.98%
Our Inbound Productivity Quotas:
     → Staging/Auditing - 1000 units/shift
     → Production – 400 units per shift
     → Returns – 100 units/shift
Our Inbound Quality Rate:
     → PO not less than 3 days on hand held over – 100%
     → Production priority works not held over more than 24 hrs – 100%
     → Returns order not held over more than a day in off-season – 100%
Our Inventory Control Performance Quotas:
     → Stockkeeping: processing 350 units per hour
     → Inventory transaction control: processing 500 units per hour
