DBS and Security Clearance Administrator
Location: Dudley
Salary: £22,000 + incentives

We currently have a great opportunity for a DBS and Security Clearance
Administrator within our offices in Dudley.
The main purpose of this role is to provide a first class administrative service to key stakeholders within the relevant business areas.
Key responsibilities of this role:
● Ensuring that pre employment security checks are carried out for each business.
● Managing the security clearance process from start to finish and ensuring that all checks are completed in a timely manner.
● Taking ownership of the security checking process and managing the data bases involved.
● Dealing with queries from colleagues and managers relating to security checks
● Attending calls with Senior Leaders to update on the progress of checks in their business area.
● Liaising with line managers to support with applications.
● Monitor the shared inbox, escalating queries where necessary and responding within the agreed SLA’s
● Assist with producing reports on a monthly basis
● Complete E-filing as and when required ensuring files are maintained and up to date
● Ad hoc project work relating to HR.
Requirements
To to be eligible for this DBS and Security Clearance Administrator role, you must:
● Have strong experience in Administration
● Good level of numeracy and literacy
● PC literate and good administrative/reporting experience
● Clear communication skills both written and verbal
● Positive attitude and self motivated
● Ability to work with confidential or sensitive issues
● Ability to work alone
● Be comfortable working to deadlines.
