About the Position 

As an intern, you'll be thrown in the deep end of the pool. You’ll work as a member of the team taking on the same projects and responsibilities as your team peers. We will not distinguish between FTE/internship in terms of responsibility and growth opportunities; we want you to be fully integrated as part of the team. You’ll work on new features for our existing services, refactor and improve our existing infrastructure and code bases, design and lead major improvements, and take part in every discussion and decision making the team makes.

Responsibilities 

• Contribute to product design and implementation discussions
• Push the envelope on speed to implement projects from the idea phase to production
• Test and iterate code before and after production release

Requirements 

• Capable of thinking through a problem and presenting a reasonable solution
• Implementing the solution reliably and quickly
• Can pick up a new language, and be productive with it in a week
• Likes to work collaboratively and can communicate well in a team environment
