Senior Account Manager

The Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Key Account Manager / Key Account Manager to drive new enterprise customer acquisition for Jobsdb Hong Kong. This is a player-coach role where you'll own a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You'll be responsible for bringing new enterprise logos into Jobsdb’s full suite of talent solutions. This role reports into the Senior Team Lead, Key Accounts for Jobsdb Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt & Close: Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise customers based in Hong Kong
- Navigate Complexity: Build relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders across HR, TA, and business functions
- Drive Strategy: Develop account plans and sales strategies to penetrate target enterprise segments
- Collaborate: Work closely with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Marketing to optimize the sales motion and customer experience
Required:
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with proven track record of new logo acquisition
- Experience selling to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Self-starter mentality with ability to prospect, qualify, and close independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Background in job boards, HR tech, recruitment solutions, B2B SaaS, or marketplace businesses
- Experience with off-the-shelf product sales (vs. custom-built IT solutions)
- Existing network within Hong Kong’s enterprise market
