Senior AI Product Manager - B2B SaaS (Martech)

- Define and drive product strategy across AI-powered marketing technology and B2B SaaS customer engagement solutions.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, prioritization, development, and launch of new features and capabilities.
- Translate complex customer needs, market trends, and data insights into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to deliver scalable and impactful product experiences.
- Lead product discovery efforts, including user research, competitive analysis, and validation of new AI-driven use cases.
- Define success metrics and continuously analyze product performance, user behavior, and engagement to optimize outcomes.
- Ensure alignment between product vision and business strategy across multiple stakeholder groups.
- 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or martech environments.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and model behavior considerations such as bias and hallucinations.
- Hands-on experience working with AI model APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success.
- Ability to translate customer needs into detailed product specifications and scalable solutions.
- Experience working in agile product environments with fast iteration cycles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, adaptability, and bias for action.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills such as Turkish are a plus depending on team context).
