Job Summary 

We are looking for a Sr. Legal Associate (2–4 years) who brings strong commercial contract experience, company secretarial exposure, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership. 

This role requires hands-on drafting, risk assessment, regulatory coordination, and proactive stakeholder management within a fast-paced AI SaaS environment. 

If you enjoy operating in a small, high-impact legal team and want exposure to tech-enabled financial products, this role offers meaningful ownership. 

Where You Can Create Impact 

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, particularly SaaS and technology contracts 
  • Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across business operations 
  • Manage company secretarial matters and ensure statutory / regulatory compliance 
  • Work closely with product, growth, and finance teams to enable compliant execution 
  • Support implementation and improvement of contract lifecycle processes 
  • Engage directly with senior leadership on strategic legal decisions 
  • Contribute to building scalable legal frameworks for an AI-first platform 

Requirements

Must Have 

  • 2–4 years Post Qualification Experience  
  • Strong experience in commercial contract drafting and review (preferably SaaS/technology agreements) 
  • Exposure to Company Secretary matters and regulatory compliance 
  • Experience interacting directly with senior leadership 
  • Ability to assess risk and provide practical, business-aligned advice 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 

 

Good to Have 

  • Exposure to CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools 
  • Prior experience working in tech, SaaS, or fintech companies 
  • Experience working in small, agile legal teams
