- Design and execute narrative-led marketing campaigns that prioritize emotional storytelling over transactional advertising across multiple touchpoints
- Lead North American marketing strategy and execution, adapting global brand direction to resonate with Gen Z and highly community-driven audiences
- Develop lifecycle brand strategies for live games and seasonal content, managing campaigns from pre-launch through ongoing live operations
- Own North American marketing budgets and define performance frameworks that measure emotional engagement, community health, and brand impact alongside traditional KPIs
- Serve as the internal advocate for the player community, ensuring all marketing decisions reflect authentic player behaviors and expectations
- Oversee creator and influencer partnerships, focusing on genuine alignment and organic storytelling rather than purely paid amplification
- Partner with creative teams to define visual direction, campaign concepts, and cohesive brand expression across all marketing outputs
- Identify and manage strategic licensing and partnership opportunities that extend brand reach while preserving authenticity
- Drive cross-functional project execution, ensuring alignment between marketing, creative, product, and external partners
- Experiment with emerging platforms and innovative channels, fostering a test-and-learn approach to marketing optimization
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing or product marketing within the video game industry, ideally in live-service or mobile environments
- Strong portfolio of emotionally resonant, narrative-driven campaigns that demonstrate storytelling excellence
- Deep understanding of North American gaming culture, Gen Z audiences, and community-driven ecosystems
- Proven ability to act as a “player-first” marketer, with strong empathy for user communities and engagement dynamics
- Experience working in fast-paced, experimental environments with a strong “test and learn” mindset
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills with creative, product, and external partners across global teams
- Experience in visual direction, copywriting, or creative production is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with licensing, partnerships, or IP expansion is a plus
- Genuine passion for emotionally driven, artistic, and narrative-rich game experiences
- Competitive salary ranging from approximately $93,500 to $164,000 USD annually, plus discretionary bonus eligibility
