Senior Business Analyst, Insights Innovation

About the Role:

The Senior Business Analyst, Insights Innovation will apply their knowledge of healthcare to leverage Unite Us’ data assets to lead the creation of actionable analytic-driven solutions to support internal and external customers. You will manage cross-functional relationships with our Customer Success, Data Science, Business Intelligence and Product teams to solve complex challenges.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with Customer Solutions and Product Management to develop data-driven analyses and custom reports to support ongoing customer engagements – lead presentation of analysis directly to customers.
• Translate customer business objectives into well-designed solutions that best leverage Insights Center capabilities.
• Execute and deliver high-quality engagement tasks, both independently and in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Drive Insights Center utilization through documentation, hands-on training, and utilization tracking.
• Build prototype dashboards to support the ongoing growth of the Insights Center.

You’re a great fit for this role if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare-related analytics, reporting, software, and/or consulting
• Demonstrated proficiency in modern programming languages (SQL, R, Python) and Tableau or similar data visualization platforms
• Experience  working with health care Claims, EHR, EMR, CRM and/or membership data
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once, with superior attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to devise and create analytic driven solutions
• Experience in the healthcare payor market, specifically related to marketing, risk analytics, and/or member engagement.
• Experience developing and leading customer-facing presentations and reports.

Environmental Job Requirements & Working Conditions:

• This position is remote, U.S. based
• Our target range for this position is $100,000-120,000
