Senior Commercial Analyst
Exscientia is seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst to join our growing team. As the Senior Commercial Analyst you will be an important member of our team and responsible for a number of areas, including market analysis, competitive intelligence and commercial opportunity assessments, which are critical to guide our internal pipeline, strategy and transactions.
You will interpret complex information and data sets into simple yet impactful summaries and actionable insights. You will become the key source for multidisciplinary market intelligence and will be the go-to person in the business for up-to-date market analysis and insights. As the Senior Commercial Analyst you will directly interact and help shape the research of industry leading AI technologists, drug designers and bioanalytic researchers.

As the Senior Commercial Analyst you will have the opportunity to
- Assess competitor landscape in the areas relevant to Exscientia’s pipeline
- Evaluate potential commercial opportunities (such as market size, epidemiology, peak year sale potential) for potential pipeline assets
- Analyse deals and extract insights to help inform deal structuring
- Identify potential mergers & acquisitions targets that help build Exscientia’s technology and biology platforms
What will you bring to the role?
- Degree in life sciences / medical fields (or equivalent experience)
- Experience of performing market analysis (e.g. in consulting/biotech/Pharma)
- A love of data analysis and generating impactful summaries/insights
- A love for learning and innovation
- Good communication skills
- Full proficiency in MS Office programs: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
