What will you be doing?

As a Senior Partnerships Manager you will play a key role in bringing in new clients at Hi Mum! Said Dad. 

Working alongside the Commercial Partnerships Director, Managing Director and a Commercial Partnerships manager you are responsible for a steady stream of new business inflow, measured by a proposal target (£). 

You will get the opportunity to own the lead generation strategy for one of Hi Mum! Said Dad’s key sectors, coaching and working with a Commercial Partnerships Mangager to generate leads, build relationships with propspects and deliver winning proposals. 

Who are we looking for?

We’d love for you to think outside of the box from day one. You’ll be given the freedom to be creative and figure out how to get us in front of dream clients. We will of course offer our support to help you develop the skills and know-how to hone your skills. 

We think that the following things will help:

• Prior business development experience in professional services, digital products, innovation or emerging technologies 

• Ability to learn, absorb and understand complex subjects quickly  

• Consultative and strategic approach to sales, proven experience building meaningful relationships with prospects and clients  

• Target oriented and results-driven, with a willingness to coach more junior team members 

• Direct new business proposals alongside Commercial Partnerships Director and Managing Director. Working closely with SMEs to bring together compelling proposals
