Understand and / clarify business objectives and product features with stakeholders & other team members. 

Discern expected user journeys from a basic flow diagram. 

Learn / possess prior knowledge of Conversation Design principles 

Create optimized persona & scope aligned conversational journeys to guide users through a multi-channel digital experience. 

Review chatbots/voice bots from a user’s perspective to improve experience & usability. 

Take ownership of the chatbot/voicebot CX during the entire project cycle and work with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal quality.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in English, Psychology, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Information Science, Design or related-field.

2-5 years experience in Customer Service or experience with one or more Chatbot platforms.

Excellent language ability to copywrite with proper punctuation and grammar.   

Exposure to / experience with designing conversational journeys & modifying voice outputs through SSML adjustments for voice bots. 

Curiosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business results.

Work on multiple projects at one time, using strong communication (verbal & written) skills to manage time and expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Should be able to work with cross-functional & multicultural global teams virtually, in a client-centric manner. 

Bonus - knowing other Indian or Foreign Languages.

Bonus - Knowledge of / experience in using tools such as Draw.io, Bot Society & MS Speech Studio (for modification of voice output)
