TLDR

Translate complex data into actionable insights through dashboards and storytelling, driving operational and strategic decisions across cross-functional teams.

Accountabilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to support business decision-making
Extract, clean, transform, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and identify trends and patterns
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with analytics solutions
Collaborate with data, analytics, and business teams to improve reporting tools, usability, and automation of processes
Optimize and enhance existing visualization systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and reproducibility
Document data workflows, processes, and systems to support governance and operational efficiency
Deliver training and support to non-technical users on reporting tools and self-service analytics capabilities

Requirements:

4–6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
Postsecondary education in a related field (e.g., data analytics, statistics, computer science) or equivalent experience
Strong expertise in data visualization, dashboard development, and reporting tools
Proficiency in data extraction, cleaning, and transformation techniques
Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling data storytelling and insights
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience working independently on complex analytical problems in a dynamic environment
