Join us as a SeniorData Analyst to partner with Qonto's Corporate & Operations teams - in particular the Finance team — and help them move from reactive reporting to data-driven daily decisions. You'll work directly with Alma, our Lead Data Analyst for Ops & Finance, in a team that is actively transforming what analytics means at Qonto: less dashboard-on-demand, more business decisions changed.    👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Data Analyst at Qonto, you will Co-own Finance BI end-to-end: Build, consolidate, and maintain the dashboards Nathalie, Baptiste (Head of Corporate FP&A), and the Finance team rely on daily to track revenue, unit economics, and P&L. Build a reliable source of truth: Model clean, auditable, documented financial data assets in DBT so Finance can self-serve without raising a new request every time. Deliver analyses that connect data to strategy: Go deep on financial KPI trends and link them to Qonto's major business moves — product launches, market expansions, pricing changes — delivering clear recommendations, not just charts. Automate recurring reporting: Replace manual, spreadsheet-heavy workflows with scalable, reliable automated reports — freeing Finance to focus on decisions, not data prep. Drive the BI migration: Help build the semantic layer as we move from Tableau to Omni, and unlock AI-powered capabilities that let Finance stakeholders interrogate their data directly. 🤔 What you can expect Analytics work that changes how Finance runs the business: Nathalie and Baptiste use data to make daily decisions — your dashboards and analyses will influence strategic planning within weeks, not quarters. Alma knows exactly what it takes to build an analytics function that actually changes decisions, and she'll push you to do the same. Alma reports to Erwan, Director of Business Analytics who oversees the entire Analytics function and ensures alignment across teams.   🏅 About You Finance analytical thinking: You've worked with financial data (revenue, unit economics, P&L) and can translate numbers into a clear narrative and recommendation for Director-level stakeholders — not just a visualization. SQL depth that earns trust: You write complex queries — joins, CTEs, window functions — understand grain, avoid double counting, and debug when results don't add up; comfortable in Snowflake, fast to ramp on DBT. BI craft with an auditability bar: You define metrics precisely, document assumptions, and consider a dashboard done only when Finance is actually using it to make decisions. Senior stakeholder management: You communicate proactively, adapt your message from CFO to analyst, and push back when a request isn't the right question to answer. AI-fluent mindset: You use AI to accelerate your workflow — from dataset exploration to building assistants that help Finance self-serve — and you're curious about what's next.
