Senior Data Engineer

TLDR

Design and deliver end-to-end cloud data solutions for enterprise clients, building scalable pipelines across modern cloud platforms with performance, security, and reliability.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end cloud data pipelines and solutions for enterprise clients
  • Translate business requirements into scalable data architectures, integration patterns, and data models aligned with best practices
  • Ensure performance, security, scalability, and reliability of data solutions in production environments
  • Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and platform teams to deliver successful client engagements
  • Provide technical leadership in design reviews, proof-of-concepts, and implementation workshops
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation, including architectures, workflows, and operational runbooks
  • Contribute to accelerators, reusable frameworks, and internal best practices for cloud data platforms
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and measurable business value
  • Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering delivering production-grade data solutions
    • Strong programming skills in Python and/or Scala for data processing and automation
    • Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks
    • Strong SQL expertise, including query optimization and complex data manipulation
    • Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments with end-to-end project ownership
    • Strong understanding of distributed data systems, pipelines, and modern data architectures
    • Ability to create technical documentation, presentations, and solution designs for stakeholders
    • Excellent communication skills in English with strong stakeholder management ability
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, distributed teams
