- Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient, reliable, and automated software delivery across multiple environments.
- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure supporting microservices-based systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Deploy and manage container orchestration platforms using Kubernetes, including Helm-based deployments for cloud-native applications.
- Identify gaps in DevOps processes and propose improvements in automation, monitoring, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure and deployment strategies with product and engineering goals.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and promoting DevOps best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within an Agile delivery environment, ensuring high standards in velocity, quality, and delivery accuracy.
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering with strong exposure to cloud-native and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and hands-on experience in automation and infrastructure as code.
- Experience working in Agile environments with at least 2+ years collaborating in iterative development teams.
- Solid expertise in containerization technologies and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Experience deploying and managing systems using Helm in production environments.
- Proven ability to design and deploy scalable multi-tenant cloud infrastructures from scratch.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and supporting distributed microservices architectures.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical problems and propose clear, scalable solutions.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
