About the Role Robotic Assistance Devices is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure for our SaaS platforms. This role requires a strong foundation in modern DevOps practices, hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies, and a focus on reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. You will work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to enable fast, reliable delivery while maintaining high standards for system performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure to support scalable SaaS applications.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and efficient software delivery.
  • Manage and optimize Kubernetes-based environments for deployment, scaling, and resilience.
  • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) for repeatable and consistent environments.
  • Plan and execute performance and load testing using tools such as k6 or similar frameworks.
  • Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks across application and infrastructure layers.
  • Monitor system health, availability, and reliability using appropriate observability tools.
  • Ensure security best practices are followed across infrastructure and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system architecture, deployment workflows, and operational readiness.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize cloud resource usage and costs
  • Experience & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) in SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience designing and operating cloud infrastructure for production systems.
  • Solid experience working with Kubernetes in production environments.
  • Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with performance and load testing tools such as k6 (or similar).
  • Good understanding of system performance tuning and bottleneck analysis.
  • Practical knowledge of cloud cost management and optimization strategies.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate clearly.
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.).
  • Familiarity with microservices architectures.
  • Exposure to security best practices in cloud environments.
  • Experience working in product-driven or fast-scaling environments.
  • Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
