What You’ll Do

As an integral member of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team you’ll be the lead finance executive supporting the Go-to-Market organization. To do this well you will be able to.

  • Become a trusted advisor to experienced operational business executives and provide financial counseling, insights, and strategic support.
  • Learn the business end-to-end including bottom-up data gathering from the go-to-market teams to support strategic planning, budgeting, and GTM models holistically and across multiple dimensions, i.e., division/geo/department.
  • Create and manage short/long term key performance indicators and financial trends in partnership with the go-to-market teams to optimize productivity, establish financial disciplines and influence executive decision-making.
  • Distill complex financial analysis to stakeholders and develop monthly financial dashboards for Senior Leadership to support data driven decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of current plans.
  • Brings both strategic vision and best practices to streamline processes, systems, and automation to help the business scale
  • Be a role model to all other members of the finance team. Ensure a high degree of quality, timeliness, and accuracy

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified?

  • Demonstrated ability to work optimally with Executive and senior leadership team members with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver within short/tight deadlines and with high precision.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, self-motivated and data driven mindset with track record of successful financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to think creatively with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
  • Min 10 years of experience with increasing level of responsibility including a minimum of 3 years’ experience building/maintaining budgets and forecast for Sales and Marketing organizations. SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, and Salesforce a plus
