Senior Director, Growth Marketing

- Define and lead global growth marketing strategy aligned with business objectives across acquisition, conversion, and retention channels.
- Own and oversee performance across marketing automation, CRO, marketing analytics, and marketing AI functions.
- Lead, scale, and develop high-performing global teams, fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive end-to-end optimization of marketing funnels through data analysis, experimentation, and performance insights.
- Own marketing automation systems and tech stack strategy to enable scalable, efficient campaign execution.
- Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives across digital properties in collaboration with design, UX, and content teams.
- Develop and operationalize marketing AI capabilities in partnership with engineering and data teams to enhance targeting, segmentation, and personalization.
- Establish KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems in collaboration with data teams to drive performance visibility and accountability.
- Partner cross-functionally with regional leaders, product, and revenue teams to align on growth priorities and execution plans.
- Build a strong experimentation and test-and-learn culture across all growth marketing functions.
- 8–12+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketing operations in SaaS, tech, or digital-first environments.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional and distributed marketing teams.
- Proven experience scaling marketing automation, CRO, analytics, or AI-driven marketing functions.
- Strong expertise with modern marketing and data stacks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, GA4, BigQuery, Looker, Fivetran, GCP, CDPs).
- Strong analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to use data to drive marketing performance and decision-making.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth, global organizations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Strong experimentation mindset with a focus on continuous optimization and measurable impact.
- Fluency in English is required for working in a global environment.
